24/7 service my ass. I work overnights, and managed to accidentally lock myself out of my car. I tried to get ahold of VL&S’s on-call locksmith repeatedly, but nobody answered, and as of writing this review it’s been over three hours with no response to any of the the voicemails I left. Can’t speak to their other services, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle to the one I was in and need service after hours, don’t count on getting a response from this company.

I locked myself out of my apartment and was expecting company. I left a message and this fellow called me back within a few minutes and said he would be here very soon. He arrived in approximately 15 minutes and was very helpful and quite reasonable. I give it very high marks.

Paul came within 30 minutes to my home and fixed a door jam and reinstalled a new lock so I could use my back door. He is reliable, trustworthy, professional, and knows exactly how to get things done correctly and swiftly. Plus, he’s a very nice man! So glad we have his expertise here! I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

The kiosk should say “copy ALMOST any key because 2 keys I tried couldn’t be copied ( a mailbox key and a Porsche key so at least they are not favoring a specific income group ;)) making 3 copies of my front door key was more expensive than I intimated especially since it said the 3rd would be free. I’m thinking of modifying their signage on the kiosk by adding the word “Almost” because it’s false advertising they also offered too keep a digital record of my front door key so I could make more copies in the future without inserting one ?????? Do they want my address yet and my normal work hours to know when I’m home or not? I declined allowing them to retain that data ….

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Chad sourced and installed two keypad locks for my townhome. He then noticed the door was sticking and was able to get new hinges and fix that issue. True professional and a problem solver to boot!
