It was nice to be able to do the keys myself without having to hunt down a Home Depot associate to do it for me. The instructions are clear and the keys all work perfectly. The machine is a little slow, but still faster than a hardware store!

I had such a great experience with this locksmith service. I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk, and he was able to get them out quickly and without any hassle. He was not only fast, but also very knowledgeable and professional. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and made a stressful situation so much easier. Used twice and received excellent key copies both times. One required shipment from centralized facility, but it was simple and easy. Other, got keys copied on the spot (faster than I could have even found someone to help me at Home Depot).

Being able to store scanned key in case I lost it is awesome! Hope I don’t need it, but will be great if I ever do.
