This is a great place to go to for a key replacement. A guy named Mike helped me and fixed my key and made sure it worked properly. He had great customer service and was kind and helpful the whole time.

Called him for key ignition problem and a new key to be made, programmed. Arrived promptly and very polite.

Was expecting it to take some time but was done a lot quicker than expected.

It made three copies of my door key to my home. It allowed me to choose the color and design. It also offered and backed up the key configuration to my email so that I could make more copies if necessary in the future. Smooth process! Will use the machine again !

first they made me a key and didn’t tell me my other key wouldn’t work after they kept trying to blame me and wouldn’t do anything to fix it , then a month later the key they gave me stopped working and wouldn’t send a technician out to fix it either i wouldn’t recommend them

The kiosk didn’t deliver one of the keys and the keys I received barely work. The Lowes staff can’t help and will only waste you time further. I called the number on the machine and did get through to support and did get a coupon code. However the machine failed again. I wasted a lot of my time and got keys which are sub par. The Lowes staff also told me that the machine only works half the time.

The price on the machine said $8.99. I assumed there would be tax, which would have taken the price to $9.78. The charge on the credit card was $10.82. If there was a fee, it needed to be on the screen during the process. At least the key worked…after I filed the burrs off of it.
