Made an appointment to have electronic lock installed and re-keyed. Communication with Carol was excellent. She did a great job dealing with my fussy door and everything turned out awesome. Can’t recommend enough and very reasonable price

I want to highly recommend Pop-A-Lock for their immediate and timely response to me being locked out of my car. The technician who arrived was Sam, he was very friendly and professional. He just had a demeanor that made me feel at ease and not alone. I had opened my trunk to put away my work bag, then decided to take my sweater/jacket off and put my purse in the trunk to remove my sweater, at which I closed the trunk and my purse and keys were left locked inside. I felt like such an idiot. Anyways, he was able to quickly unlock my car which was awesome, but my purse and keys were still in the trunk/hatch in my MINI Copper. Even though my door was open, my lock system was disabled and would not open or release my hatch door. Sam could have left me there to figure out how to get in my trunk, but he was so kind to stay with me and helped me get to my keys and on my way. He was not leaving until I had my keys in my hot little hands. We ended up having to pry up the trunk deck lid so I could reach through and release the backseat and get to my keys. Yay, I was finally on my way home and I was super thankful to Sam for being there for me in my time of need.

Don’t ever use these people. Called them on a Thursday to rekey my Lock. They fix one lock and promise to come back and fix the other the next day. Here we are four days later they have not come back still asking for another day. Took my money did not return the full amount for the second lock. Quoted me one price when I asked for a refund did not refund me The portion for the second lock we agreed to. Also had lunch in front of my building and threw the trash all over the ground when he finished, for me to clean up. Don’t waste your time they’re crooks. I was supposed to be refunded $125. He only refunded me $100 and had me waiting on this holiday Labor Day. I’ve been waiting hours for them to come. I should have been out on the lake with my family and here he is again he’s asking to come tomorrow after he asked day after day time to come another day how unprofessional. I called the business line to make a complaint. They hung up in my face. Don’t waste your time with these people. They are rip off. Don’t trust a technician Leo

I only ordered one key for my 1983 Mercedes 300D Turbo because I didn’t trust as in the past I’ve gotten key cut at other key vendors and always had issues of the key not cut properly.
It’s difficult to cut Mercedes key without having issues and destroying my ignition tumbler.
This key worked perfectly.
Just can believe how perfect this key worked without any issues.
In the past only the Mercedes Dealer was the only way to correctly get the key right.
I Regret not ordered a second in my order as I was being too careful in not trusting.

Frank is the man!!! I lost my 1 and only mailbox key. I haven’t checked my mail for like a week. My HOA and the Postal service couldn’t help me get a extra key or exchange my mailbox lock with new keys in a timely manner. However they did recommend me using a local lock Smith and that’s how I came across Frank’s lock & Key.

He came right on time for my early morning appointment. He took 10 minutes to exchange my mailbox lock and provide me with 3 new copies of keys for the lock.

The price was definitely very reasonable since he was available the next day compared to the Postal office service 2 week time frame.

Frank is a kind and honest man. He has my future business. 👍

First impressions already great, they charged me all together $26 for a replacement key plus to swap off the chip from The old key to new key.

Even though my key was a bit worn they did their best and it worked perfectly very happy with the results definitely coming back again for other keys I have.
