DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL ROB YOU! Roberto came to our condo and tried to fix our condo door because it wasn’t locking properly. He made the hole of the lock bigger and charged us $145. When we told him it’s probably from the hinges and that should probably be fixed, he told us if we have any issues he’ll come back to fix it. It’s been less than a month and the problem persists. When we called him to ask him to come have a look, he denies ever coming to our unit. We have text messages with him, but he still refuses to come back to help us resolve the issue that we’ve already paid for.

Not what how they used to be. A few years back, they used to be one of the best in their service and professionalism. I asked them about a key to be cut, but they wouldn’t do it since it was not their own. Then, I asked them multiple times if they can give a quote for their own key and have it cut, but I’m still waiting till today to hear back from them. I guess they’re making way too much money that they don’t care about getting any new business.
