Horrible lock smith was charged 375 for 2 keys that weren’t even the same and didn’t work not to mention they also damaged my cars door handles and broke interior pieces I had it done about a year ago and still have yet to get a refund or anything done about it I’ve called several times and they constantly dodge me. I never write reviews but D and M locksmith is generally horrible

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Contact them to have my ignition and door locks changed explained the truck had been stolen they said they could fix it and put in a matching set . Came out a week ago 8/20/22 put them in and minutes after they left I noticed the ignition and door locks were not working properly. Texted them and called them immediately finally got back to me Said they would come out the next day . Never showed and would answer my calls or reply to text. Got a text Monday they would come back out left work to meet them and still didn’t fix it and said they would be back the next day never called. Will not answer my calls or text . Left my truck in pieces! The address is not there shop just where they get mail . Week later still no communication from the business.

Very satisfied. Lost my keys to my car. Walked into a Busy Bees location close to home and they had a mobile tech at my house 2 hours later. An hour later I had 2 key fobs made. Ready to hit the wind in my car now. Thanks Busy Bees!!! Kyle was the tech. He’s was great!!!
