Very satisfied. Lost my keys to my car. Walked into a Busy Bees location close to home and they had a mobile tech at my house 2 hours later. An hour later I had 2 key fobs made. Ready to hit the wind in my car now. Thanks Busy Bees!!! Kyle was the tech. He’s was great!!!

Honestly, this was such an easy and straightforward process. I will definitely be copying all of my keys here in the future. I came in around 4:20 PM on a weekday and walk directly up to the counter handed the gentleman the key I needed and told him I needed four copies. He immediately went and made copies of the key efficiently. He was late handed exactly what I needed. I think I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. So much better than going to a hardware store or copying keys on one of those machines!

I had 3 sets of keys made. Each set had a key for my front door and a key for my garage. The keys for my front door worked perfectly, but the keys for my garage lock did not work. I did not feel like going through the hassle of returning the keys for $12 credit, so I now have 3 cheese that don’t fit anything. I went back to Lowe’s to see if they would refund my money and they said no. They said that the the Minutekey kiosk is a 3rd party vendor and I would hate to get my return process through them. Seemed like a lot of trouble for $12. I won’t recommend the Minutekey kiosk to any of my friends nor my family members. Easier to have the Loews employee to make the key. That way they will fix any issues on the spot.
