An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

This business is advertised as a local locksmith, but it’s a chain that has some kind of employee here. Locked my keys in my car yesterday and called the number, and I got someone who I think was an AI voice assistant on the other end of the line. They quoted me at $196 to get into my car, which I accepted because I had no other options even though that’s ludicrous. Then they never came and my request was cancelled. Fortunately I managed to get inside my car but DEFINITELY don’t depend on this business if it’s urgent. This company sucks.
