When placing the original call, I was told they had someone that would be at our location within 30 minutes. 20 minutes after that call I received a text stating that help would most likely arrive within 30 – 60 minutes. Someone did arrive but not in the time frame that was provided to me. Hopefully it won’t be necessary, but in the future I would work directly with a local company.
