Not what how they used to be. A few years back, they used to be one of the best in their service and professionalism. I asked them about a key to be cut, but they wouldn’t do it since it was not their own. Then, I asked them multiple times if they can give a quote for their own key and have it cut, but I’m still waiting till today to hear back from them. I guess they’re making way too much money that they don’t care about getting any new business.

Our condo association had a new keypad installed. As well as the appropriate code, 12 owners needed a key made for the new lock.
B&B was able to do this very efficiently. We also needed a key made to remove old key pads. The company came to our property, created a new key on site. Great service!!

They did not disclose their mandatory service call fee for them to come over. Since I was in a rush to not miss my final exam (because the contractor arrived later than I was told), I agreed to pay the full sum of $489.29. The contractor told me the individual costs and proceeded to calculate them, but put his phone away as he was calculating the total. I felt like this was an incorrect amount, but I paid it anyway as I was in a hurry.

After the key was made, I was told there would be an additional charge of $125 for every spare key that I wanted to rewrite to the new security code. They failed to disclose this piece of information prior to the service.

I called them back as soon as possible (2 hours later) requesting a full refund, as they did not disclose two critical pieces of information upfront. They refused to give me a refund because my key cut and electronically programmed.

Furthermore, I was not given a receipt detailing the costs of each service.

Edit: A few days later, I reached out to them again requesting a refund and asked for help finding their storefront location so I could get my key reprogrammed. They did not give me any information and blocked my number.
I plan to file a formal complaint against this company for illegal and deceptive business practices.

Bill and Michelle are amazing. They fixed our truck’s tool box. We loved the job they did and brought our CRV Honda to make an extra key. Very friendly and understanding. I have recommended them to family and friends and hope you give them a try as well. You will not regret it.
