Honestly, this was such an easy and straightforward process. I will definitely be copying all of my keys here in the future. I came in around 4:20 PM on a weekday and walk directly up to the counter handed the gentleman the key I needed and told him I needed four copies. He immediately went and made copies of the key efficiently. He was late handed exactly what I needed. I think I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. So much better than going to a hardware store or copying keys on one of those machines!

I am waiting about 15 minutes and no keys came out. I called your office and it’s closed. Now it’s 7:12pm. I drove 5 miles to get a key from your machine and got nothing, instead you charged me and no key given to me.
Please refund my money back.

I called on a Sunday and Batyr was able to come that day. I needed 3 locks rekeyed and another lock had no keys and he was able to make keys for that lock. I will recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I initially reached out for help with a faulty balcony door handle. Communication started off well, but things quickly became a long, drawn-out process full of delays, misquotes, and poor follow-through.

1. Weeks of Delays & Scheduling Changes
What should have been a straightforward job ended up taking over three weeks, with multiple reschedules, often last-minute. I repeatedly had to follow up to get updates.

2. Poor Responsiveness
After the work was finally completed, I spent weeks trying to get corrected receipts for my landlord. My messages on text were mostly unanswered until I warned that I would leave a review.

2. Wrong Part Ordered & Refund Delays
They charged me for a part that wasn’t used, admitted it, and said the trim cost would be refunded in 5–10 business days. It has now been longer than that, and still no refund. Once again, no response unless I chase them.

Overall, this felt like a mix of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of accountability. The technicians themselves were polite, but the operational side of the business needs serious improvement. I would not recommend it unless they address these issues.

When I saw this booth at the grocery store I wanted to try it out because ive only had one key for my car for about 2 years, which is a gamble to say the least lol. But it was easy as possible, you insert your key into a slot, it reads it, and thats that. You pay and it comes a few days later. The only problem I had was it didnt include an extra key fob with it, there was an option too have one made by pressing your existing fob up to a scanner, but I tried over 10 times and it couldnt read it, idk if it was my fob or if it was the machine, but after I was done putting in my address info and paying for it, it had a screen pop up saying your key is on the way and there was a picture with one of those key/fob combo so i assumed thats what i was getting. So I was a bit disappointed when just a metal key key came, but it was no big deal. I can now still use my car if I ever lose my regular keys or lock them in my car or something.

Anyways the service was fast and easy as can be, delivery was fast, and the key unlocks and starts my car as it should. The fob copy thing idk it could have just been the machine or my fob since it is old. Regardless I would definitely recommend. Especially since I once asked at an auto parts store that had a big sign saying “WE COPY KEYS” to make a copy of mine and they told me I have to go to a dealership to get the key copied, so for pushing a couple buttons on a touch screen and putting your key in a slot for 5 seconds and have it delivered in a couple days for 20 bucks was way worth it

Super convenient! At a Safeway. Got two keys done for 11.99 each. One key didn’t work! The other key works great. Some cute designs too. So definitely worth doing if you are crunched on time but easier to do at a store you can return or they can recut if it’s not right.
