I came here to buy a specific lock. They said they had it in stock. I went there and they recommended another lock that I didn’t research. I ended up buying it because it was good enough for what I needed. The lock itself is good but they charged me over two times the price you could buy it for online. The price I was charged made more sense for the original lock I wanted, which I doubt they even had in stock to begin with. I always try to support local businesses but I can’t help but feel scammed.

I lost my keys to my ebike. this shop was the only one in North San Diego County that was willing to consider my plight. Michele was fantastic and asked me to take pictures of the bike and the lock. Then she sent me pictures of two types of key and asked, “which one”. I responded and she said, “yes they could make new keys”. I took the bike in and with in a few days I had two new keys. I had been calling locksmiths for at least 6 months and found this little miracle on Google. One of the most recent VERY positive experiences that I have had. Talk about luck, I called Ron earlier this afternoon and asked what his first availability is to fix a locking door handle. He said, I am actually in your area and can be there in 15 minutes. Once he arrived, he knew exactly how to repair my damaged lock handle. It took him 20 minutes and he was done. This is what I call great service. He will be my go to locksmith since his service is great and his prices are reasonable.

I saw this in WinCo in San Marcos. I needed a couple of keys, so I tried it. The had different colors and a special, 3 for the price of two. Great value!! And all the keys work as described. The solid color ones are lighter than a regular key, but work well. 10/10

Using this machine is a breeze. The only issue was the key selection. I just recently replaced my front door and needed a new key. I wanted to replace my same minute key white cat key. I saw that it was stock in the machine. But machine would not let me select white cat key as an option even though you did have it. Ended up with a stupid key that says Home. I now think about this every day when I unlock me door. Thank you minute key for reminding be to write a review.
