Awesome guys. Been coming here for years when they fix it its done! N Done! Great service. Straight shooters. Dropped my car key, hard, cracked the plastic near the key but. Half the price of the dealer to fix it. All sales r final. No refunds. So be sure it’s all good.

This is the 1st time I’ve used this minute key service and it will be my last. I paid almost $5 for a key that doesn’t even enter the lock it was for. This key didn’t work and is jist trash now. Next time I will just go to a locksmith rather than get ripped off by this minute key machine from Walmart.

It said buy 2 keys & get 1 free. Then you have to install the Key Hero app & sign in. I entered the code they gave me on the machine at lowe’s, but it did not give me a free key. I did get my 2 small keys for $8.00 but did not get my free key. I should have just had them made, it would have been much cheaper. I will not be using these machines again.

The kiosk didn’t deliver one of the keys and the keys I received barely work. The Lowes staff can’t help and will only waste you time further. I called the number on the machine and did get through to support and did get a coupon code. However the machine failed again. I wasted a lot of my time and got keys which are sub par. The Lowes staff also told me that the machine only works half the time.

I definitely recommend! He was very polite and respectful and is an Army Veteran! I needed a key done last minute because mine accidentally bent while it was in the dryer. He was able to help me and get it done in less than 30 minutes. It looks exactly like my old one, but even better! He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable and offered both of us drinks and chairs to sit in the shade while we waited. He even offered us drinks to go. It made three copies of my door key to my home. It allowed me to choose the color and design. It also offered and backed up the key configuration to my email so that I could make more copies if necessary in the future. Smooth process! Will use the machine again !
