Isaac was fantastic!! I called and he was on the job within a few hours. Super quick and had the best price in town!! Beware of scams. Other lock smiths will not give you an over-the-phone estimate, but charge you a service fee just to come “look” then give you an outrageous price. You feel obligated to hire them because you’re on the hook for the service fee. Isaac’s company gave me a quote over the phone so I knew exactly what I was going to pay. I highly recommend!!

Michael came out to our house today to make some new keys for our door. We had misplaced all of them over the years. He was one of the nicest, most professional young men I have ever dealt with. If there were a Hall of Fame for locksmiths, Tony would already have his own exhibit — and his English bulldog (also named Tony, because why not?) would be the security guard! 🐶🔑

I stopped by Tony’s Locksmith Shop thinking it would just be a quick errand, but it turned into a full-on good-vibes experience. Tony the owner is not only a total professional — fast, skilled, and clearly knows his craft inside out — but also one of the funniest, most down-to-earth guys you’ll ever meet. Within five minutes, he had my lock fixed and me laughing so hard I almost forgot why I came in.

The shop itself is spotless, organized, and has that old-school charm — the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. And then there’s Bulldog Tony, sitting proudly by the counter, looking like he runs the joint (which, let’s be honest, he probably does).

Between the A+ service, the friendly atmosphere, and the bulldog who deserves his own Instagram, this is hands-down the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in San Clemente and need a lock fixed, a key cut, or just a good laugh, go see the Tonys — both of them. You’ll leave with working locks and a smile! 😄🔒🐾

The key machine was easy to use. There could be an update to the machine to allow multiple keys to be copied in one transaction. Like do you have more keys to copy Y/N. I ended up paying 3 different times. I felt I should of got a free key since they offer a free 3rd key if you make 2 copies of a key and I was there to make 4 copys of different keys. Now you ask why 3 transactions if you had 4 keys to copy? The machine doesn’t have small keys for locks (4th key). Overall I was satisfied with the ease of using the machine. Oh and If you pay cash the machine doesn’t charge tax.
