Zezo is amazing! He helped with a police lockout of an evicted tenant and knew the procedure. He was able to guide me through the process.

I have also asked him for help in other cities, I am a Realtor, and help my clients re-key. He has been super helpful from slider door locks to safety doors and the typical front door re-key. He even has additional knobs and deadbolts on hand for any sticky situations as well as the tools to change out bad locks.

His prices are extremely fair, he is very professional, and will continue to use his services.

We made an appointment for a house call, for a complete re-key, after one of us lost a house key somewhere in our neighborhood. Moody was on-time, courteous, fast and efficient, made us all the keys we would need (to hopefully never lose again). Great, really personable guy, and we highly recommend.

Very classy and professional. Took care of me right away and made sure the replacement keys worked. They were able to manually cut OEM Honda key blanks for my 2023 Honda trail 125 (Luckily, I had the OEM spare key). They saved me a lot of time and headache. Highly recommend

Only praise here! I’ve tried to make copies of this house key before multiple times both at Walmart and at Home Depot without having had success and just giving up. I decided to give it another shot on a whim with the KeyMe kiosk (and keep in mind this key is now over 8 years old!) and all three that I had made work perfectly! I am so happy!

Luke at Franks Lock and Key gave me excellent service. I needed same day service for a rental unit in San Luis Obispo, and got it. He was able to work me into his already busy day. It’s so nice to know there are excellent friendly businesses still out there. Service was great, left the areas he worked in spotless, and the price was very reasonable. I now have a go to locksmith to call on when necessary.

Predators wanna charge $200-$600 for a key I can buy online for $15. They basically wait around for the perfect target: A person who’s locked out of their key chipped car. My car doesn’t even require programming, only cutting a copy. Find your key model number. Buy it online. Have it cut at a local kiosk. Don’t patronize people like this.

I called these guys for a key fob and they couldn’t even give me a price. They asked for my address and they didn’t know what they were doing. Very disorganized and unprofessional. What’s so difficult about giving someone a price over the phone? Don’t waste your time with these guys.
