I had a great experience here! They made my key and key fob while I waited, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish — you can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing keys or fobs made!

I had an amazing experience with All City Locksmith. My husband is currently in Saudi Arabia, and he was able to contact them from all the way over there to help us with the issues on both of our door gates. He handled everything over the phone, and they took care of the entire process smoothly, making it completely stress free for me here at home.

The service was fast, professional, and extremely reliable. The quality of the new keys is excellent, super strong, durable, and not bendable at all. You can really tell they use good materials and take pride in their work.

Drove to the address only to find out it is not a physical location it’s a mobile service false advertisement. I called the phone number listed and was told that the mobile technician will contact me it has been over 1 hour and no contact. When I ask the person on the phone for a ETA on contacts he hung up in my face bad customer service I would not recommend to anyone

I had a great experience with Express Auto Locksmith. I brought in my BMW key because the lock button was sticking and I was getting a low battery warning. They took the time to inspect the key, replaced the shell, installed a new battery, and got everything working properly again.

What I appreciated most was their honesty and willingness to explain what they were doing instead of just trying to sell me a new key. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and they made sure everything was working before I left.

Highly recommend Express Auto Locksmith for anyone needing key or key fob repairs.

We came by to replace my Toyota car key. We were met with great customer service and support. Upon arrival, we were helped promptly. Right away we were given a reasonable price for what we needed. He quickly started working and even programmed it to my car all in the span of ten minutes. What a great attitude and very knowledgeable business. Will definitely come back for future needs and recommend to all Pomona community.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone. They quote one price and end up with a different one. My lock broke after their repair and they refused to refund my money. Their technician also arrived after another technician and started running at me, trying to push their services on me, even though I called another technician. I don’t recommend this company.

I brought the blanks with me. They asked for only 5 dollars total to cut 3 motorcycle keys. And got it done under 5 minutes. I went to other shops who wanted 10 dollar per key. So this place is 6 time cheaper? Highly reccomend this place!!!

I used Keyme Locksmiths because I was locked out of my house on the weekend. They hire individual contracted locksmiths to come out to your house. They told me that a locksmith was on their way and it would take 30-45 minutes. The locksmith called me and said they would take 40 minutes. They did come for about an so I tried calling the customer service and they said that the locksmith would call me to give me a call but they never did. They finally showed up after 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The locksmith Jacob said that he was late because of traffic even though it was a Sunday morning and there was no traffic. It took 20 minutes to get my door open and charged me $200.

I was frustrated because if they gave me an accurate time estimate, I would’ve went with someone else. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I was late to my grandma’s memorial service. Even worse, the customer service rep wouldn’t pick up when the locksmith was late.

I would not recommend using KeyMe locksmiths because they upcharge you and do not let you communicate directly with the locksmiths. Their customer service and communication was bad. My locksmith was not very professional either. He said he would give a receipt but failed to give one. He was late without communicating with me.

Locksmith service: I understand emergency weekend locksmith services can be expensive, especially for business locks. However, I was disappointed with the overall experience.
The technician arrived about an hour late, took a long time trying to open the locks, and eventually drilled one of them instead of opening it normally. I was also not given a clear estimate beforehand, so the final total of $530 came as a surprise. (Two locks on the door can be unlocked with the same key)
I paid and signed because I needed urgent access, but I wish pricing and options had been communicated more clearly upfront.
