Thank you Uval!! I had a rental car for a trip to Santa Barbara when it malfunctioned and left me unable to get in. Uval showed up so promptly and we had a bunch of laughs about the situation. Absolute scam for locked car. Quotes $60 over the phone despite assurances it’ll only be that amount then $300 in person. Says 15 minutes but took 70. But Can be brow beat to taking $100: be willing to haggle and have cash.

But better to call AAA or other locals they all charged less than $150 and would show up on time.

Key Me Locksmiths repeatedly told me a technician would call me—this happened at least five times over a 20-hour period. No one ever contacted me, and I never received service. I was never informed that a technician was unavailable, only given repeated assurances that were not kept. Very unprofessional and misleading. Santa Barbara mobile key did the job in a fraction of the time with way better customer service

Look at this door handle and tell me if you think it’s $500 in labor (I bought the parts). Christina and Esteban are nice but this should have been half price and not taken 2 trips b/c a plate was not in the work van. He had to take everything apart again and we paid in refunds, lockouts, time and a giant price tag. I am grateful the job was done, but anyone looking at this job can agree it’s not work half a grand.
