Great customer service. Had a representative come to the house right away after speaking on the phone. I had lost my key fob to my ram and they had all products in stock though I provided my own fob. Great pricing compare to dealer. Recommended

Kiosk waa convenient, user interface clunky and cluttered with marketing and upsell options. They newly cut key works well, but the price is much higher than a local locksmith or hardware store.

They charge you $3 a key plus tax. The machine malfunctioned and I was not able to make the last key I wanted. I was force to drive to another Kiosk and the price there (Winco) was even worst $5 a key. I should have gone to ACE…..

Update: after actually using the keys that I made I found the blanks used to make the keys were longer than the original. So while the keys did work they needed to be inserted not fully to unlock the door . I changed my rating to 1 star
