Michael came out to replace a broken lock on our vinyl gate He was professional, helpful & was able to come out same day. Told us he could try to repair it instead of replacing it to save us some money. He then cleaned the vinyl gate that had a tiny bit of grease on it. What a great guy. We had 2 other CO’s come out & try to overcharge us & we’re very pushy about a service fee eventhough they were unable to fix or diagnose the problem. We will definitely use him again & refer him out to neighbors.

Was super quick add easy …. I went with the cheapest key, so there were some rough spots and burrs. But got home and hit the rough edges with a little bit of sandpaper and key worked fine

I just installed a new lock on my home and needed keys for family members. At my local Lowes I found the Minute Key machine. The process was very simple, accurate, and the pricing was fair.

I made a total of 9 keys, all from one original. The only effort was to insert the original key in a slot to be scanned, pay with my credit card, and then wait while the machine cut each key. At the end the whole machine flashed at me and warned me to get my original and all the copies.

I took the keys home, and every one worked smoothly and perfectly. I think this is a very nice option rather than someone standing there manually cutting all those copies.

I had fun making keys for the first time. I must say it took a while as the screen isn’t as clear on how to make more than one but I managed to get help and the keys work great! It was fun watching the key being copied and made. only wish they offered tags or some form of key ring to keep them together.
