First notice how they don’t give a price ? That’s because they decide how much they can get once they are there. No accountability and they specifically DONT list price. $250 for a lock out. Just fyi. That was me others are probably higher. Or lower depends on what they think they can get. The positive is they got there in 30 minutes. So obviously if you are desperate on time. Excellent service, quick response, and fair price. Robert gave us a fair quote to add a keypad to our trash room and a deadbolt to our storage room after a break-in. He quoted us a much fairer price than some other vendors who were also less helpful with figuring out how to get the work down. Overall, great experience.

Please do yourself a favor and find a different company or call around somewhere else. Unless you ask for the total price in 100 different ways, they will tell you something different every time. You will end up spending a ridiculous amount of money by the time they finish the job and stop trying to secretly upsell you. I cannot get over the complete lack of clarity in price, even after asking multiple times. I understand that a locksmith isn’t cheap, but for someone who has never dealt with this before, I only wanted clarity and a direct answer when asking for prices. After the service I advised the technician to clarify better for the future customers and he looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing it would be this much. I am very disappointed and will not be returning here for any future needs.
