I didn’t experience their key services, but their customer service is amazing! They didn’t have the software to program my Range Rover key. Instead of telling me that only a dealer can do it, Erika referred me to another local locksmith who was able to which was awesome and appreciated!

I brought my own keys he just had to make the copies for me he didn’t tell me until after he was done that he was charging me almost 100$ for 2 keys when I questioned that he was super rude and aggressive I was forced to pay outrageous fees for 2 keys unprofessional very rude and I’m positive he treated me in this manner because I’m a female Ladies beware !!! Alex came to our home in Cole Valley to install two keypad locks as replacement for old bolt locks. He brought the replacement locks and did a great job. Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. Ziv provided absolutely outstanding service. I called him on a Friday evening, and he arrived within an hour. He replaced two keys for my Honda CR-V, thoroughly tested everything, and made sure both keys worked perfectly before leaving.
