Please do yourself a favor and find a different company or call around somewhere else. Unless you ask for the total price in 100 different ways, they will tell you something different every time. You will end up spending a ridiculous amount of money by the time they finish the job and stop trying to secretly upsell you. I cannot get over the complete lack of clarity in price, even after asking multiple times. I understand that a locksmith isn’t cheap, but for someone who has never dealt with this before, I only wanted clarity and a direct answer when asking for prices. After the service I advised the technician to clarify better for the future customers and he looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing it would be this much. I am very disappointed and will not be returning here for any future needs.

Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

Honestly, this was such an easy and straightforward process. I will definitely be copying all of my keys here in the future. I came in around 4:20 PM on a weekday and walk directly up to the counter handed the gentleman the key I needed and told him I needed four copies. He immediately went and made copies of the key efficiently. He was late handed exactly what I needed. I think I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. So much better than going to a hardware store or copying keys on one of those machines!

Look at this door handle and tell me if you think it’s $500 in labor (I bought the parts). Christina and Esteban are nice but this should have been half price and not taken 2 trips b/c a plate was not in the work van. He had to take everything apart again and we paid in refunds, lockouts, time and a giant price tag. I am grateful the job was done, but anyone looking at this job can agree it’s not work half a grand.
