I have to agree with all of these positive reviews, the team there have excellent customer service and are great at their job!

One of my Chevy Bolt Key Fobs had stopped working after putting it through the wash- they took a look and were able to figure out the fix in less than 10 minutes. What’s even better is that it cost close to nothing compared to having to buy a whole new key from the dealer.

They’re amazing people and genuinely made my day better 😁

If you need a key fixed I would 100% recommend Parker Security!!

I’ve been using Keyme for several years and not had any problems with the keys. Today I went to copy a house key and was surprised that there is a new charge to have the key smoothed out. After receiving my key, I wonder what this is all about. The new keys are extremely roughly cut with lots of shavings left around the teeth, and I’m worried that they won’t even work. As it is, getting one single key has gone up two dollars since about a year ago, and I believe the smoothing charge is about three more dollars. It’s really disheartening, and it just isn’t going to make sense anymore to use their service. I’m going end up going back to the hardware store to get this done properly. :/

Spent $12.00 for a key replacement, thought it was worth the extra cost for the convenience. I was wrong, ked did not work amd ended up throwing it away! Went to the local Ace Hardware, $2.99 for a key that works.

The cab driver that I have most of the time dose not take advice from me he rather wast time and sit in traffic instead of getting me to my destination. When I need to be there at a certain time. I am always late to school he spends 10-20 min sitting in traffic and not going through Pleasanton and getting g on the freeway. I am very unsatisfied with most cab Company’s except Uber drivers they are very welcoming and take advice from you I prefer Uber than any other cab Company’s

The owner came and helped me get in. Thank you google maps. He asked for cash. I asked fora receipt. He has been avoiding me. I wantto change my review. As of this point would not recommend.

First key did not work (left) but they refunded me and recommended I try again. I went to another kiosk and it worked! Two things I noted the second kiosk had an enhance cut for $3 but also I was able to get a plane brass key.

Great customer service hopefully my experience with the keys is a one off.

Awesome local place that helped me copy my car fob/key. He was super fast barely 20 mins later and we were done. My car is older 2013 so time could vary. Also, super reasonable priced; Dealership was quoting me 550 for a spare key, and even the ace hardware people across the street recommended checking by him to see the price.

The only real wait I had to do was come back another day because the key needed to be ordered since it was an older model lexus. I came in on a Friday, returned that Monday 2 days later. Plus he replaced my car key’s fob battery for free. Other than that 10/10 would definitely come back if i needed to copy another car key.

I had a key break-off in a door lock… It was one of the original keys that came with the lock. I took the spare key to the Minute Key machine in the lobby of a Walmart and made 3 copies (Buy 2 get one free). All the keys fit the lock just fine.
I have made copies of many keys for home and my office, using Minute key and I have never had any of them break in a lock.
I love it!

Was locked out of my truck, and I called them but I had no money but I was desperate. They sent Leo the Locksmith, Liran Cohen, and after much arguing with my company I couldn’t get any money so I told him to go because I didn’t want to waste his time.
