Came in for 2 spare keys on some SUVs. Lady warned me that my original is pretty worn and may not work when copied. I agreed to continue. They worked perfect. Prices were fair.

I see people complaining about the boxes and messy storefront, but to me that just means they know what they’re doing. Their number 1 priority is doing a good job and it’s obviously worked for years.

Do not use this machine! I put my only house key in only to have the machine shut down and lock my key inside. Called the customer service and there was a message stating to call on Monday. The day was Sunday. Had to leave my only key in the machine. Called first thing Monday morning only to be told they will send a technician “sometime” today. I was supposed to be on the road finishing my.move to another state but cant leave because my only key to my new home is stuck in their machine. Now I’m delayed again because they couldn’t give me any sort of timeline for the arrival of their technician. They say 24 hour support on the machine and on their web page but that is a lie.

The locksmith who came over was kind and professional and quick. Pricing was WAY more than expected. We ended up only going with an install of a new decorative front door lock and handles that i had bought, and got a new lock and keys for that set – that ran us over $350. And that was after she gave us a ~50% discount to the $85 consultation/service fee I didn’t know i was even going to be charged no matter if I was going to accept the service or not..
Ridiculous pricing for a few mins worth of work.

I bought 3 keys and none of them worked. I did go on the phone and the lady helping me was able to give me a refund, but would have been best if there was the need for the refund in the first place.
