If i could give more then 5 stars i would!!! Great people work here ! The owner was able to wait after hours for me to pick up my lock from my tool box that snap on didnt build right and he took care of it and got it to work!! Will definitely be back for more business!!

Do not use this machine! I put my only house key in only to have the machine shut down and lock my key inside. Called the customer service and there was a message stating to call on Monday. The day was Sunday. Had to leave my only key in the machine. Called first thing Monday morning only to be told they will send a technician “sometime” today. I was supposed to be on the road finishing my.move to another state but cant leave because my only key to my new home is stuck in their machine. Now I’m delayed again because they couldn’t give me any sort of timeline for the arrival of their technician. They say 24 hour support on the machine and on their web page but that is a lie.

Great service. Fast and knowledgeable. My steering wheel locked up on me and they came and took apart my ignition, cleaned it, did what they do, made me a spare key, and started my car in about 1hour. Money well spent.

I bought 3 keys and none of them worked. I did go on the phone and the lady helping me was able to give me a refund, but would have been best if there was the need for the refund in the first place.
