Called to get an estimate on one door unlocked, he told me starting is $80 I asked if there is a service charge to come look at it he told me he’d have to come out and look at it. He shows up tells me the single lock will be $180 and I told that’s way more than I was expecting and he said it’s $50 either way for the service charge. So I get him down to $160 all for it to take him 8 seconds to do it… If it only takes you 8 seconds to do it for $180 then what lock would possibly be $80 these guys are scammers and they know it.

Not what how they used to be. A few years back, they used to be one of the best in their service and professionalism. I asked them about a key to be cut, but they wouldn’t do it since it was not their own. Then, I asked them multiple times if they can give a quote for their own key and have it cut, but I’m still waiting till today to hear back from them. I guess they’re making way too much money that they don’t care about getting any new business.

Super convenient! The Kiosk Machine is easy to use and not very expensive.
But the key didn’t turn. Hopefully i get a fast refund.

I got their buy 2 get 1 free deal. All the keys are to different things, & NONE of them work. When you hold keys to compare cuts you can see slight differences. I spent $30 with all their fees and everything. Oh dont forget i went to 2 other locations prior to finding this location and those didnt have the keys size in stock. It was one thing after another and such a negative experience. Bring back the ones in the stores where people actually were there to help.

The key me kiosk was easy to use. The initial bill stated 79.99
I did not see any screen saying there would be shipping added or taxes added to the 79.99 price quoted. An additional charge 3.99 of shipping and 7.8something for taxes. That would have been fine if disclosed. I must have missed it I can only guess. I may have decided to shop a local Ace Hardware and support my local economy rather than a corporation I am unfamiliar with besides the added risk of USPS postal being stolen, leaving me vulnerable.

I called this locksmith and spoke with Junior. He came to our house and fixed our garage door cuz the key got stuck. He was professional, efficient, respectful and kind too. I like using Minute Key kiosks. I’ve used them in the past and make the key reproduction easy.
Things were quick enough and there’s some great key options.
I wish it was possible to combine transactions into one. For example, I needed sets of keys for two different properties. But I had to take longer I think because those keys had to be separate transactions.
