I’ve been dealing with this problem lock on my sunroom door for 13 years. I bought a replacement online. However, the quality was so poor that they stopped carrying the lock.

Now time to call in the experts. A-A Lock & Alarm sent out their best employee Juan. I had a lock I was going to use for my front door, but hadn’t gotten around to replace it. He was able to drill the hole and the lock fit perfectly. I’m so grateful for their service. I only wished I’d call them sooner. I highly recommend A-A Lock & Alarm.

Bay Area locksmith ( aka JD Locksmith) is grossly incompetent and irresponsible. ( DO NOT get arranged to use these guys via KeyMe Menlo Park!) They sent an unqualified kid, Eric, to unlock my house door yesterday. The kid struggled but did not know how to unlock my door. He then tried to work on windows and screen doors and failed. ( A 2nd red flag that I should not have overlooked! ). An hour wasted before he offered to install new locks by destroying the original as that was the only way he can open door and tag on more fees. After the install, I forgot to check the new keys/ lock until this morning. What a joke! I now know that I was given a wrong set of keys as these won’t open the new door lock! I called and texted Bay Area Locksmith and JD Locksmith for help but they remain unresponsive. And instead of owning up to his own ignorances, Eric texted that I did something which explains why the key won’t open the door. Really?! Unsound and shady business practice! So while I’ve access to my place yesterday, but I still cannot open my newly installed door lock since Eric had given me wrong set of keys! Be warned. Bay Area Locksmith/ JD Locksmith misrepresented themselves as locksmiths and refused accountability; as Eric, or one of their own, clearly had no idea what he was doing on the job.

Wow! Easily a 5 star. Phil went above and beyond.

I asked him to program a car key. Drove over and programmed my extra key. Then he found another issue with my car and fixed it on the way!

Price was one of the best too.

I would not recommend their services, I called to open my car since I locked my key inside, but a friend arrived and helped me to open it back, when I called to cancel the service, they requested a fee for cancellations, 30 dollars to cancel. I paid for a service that never happened.

The keys did not work. Too bad it sure would have been convenient. I had 3 keys made and unfortunately they were all a fail.
