Another life-saver story.

FYI: Boondocking is when you take your RV to overnight in a place that has no electricity, water or sewer hookups.

We were “boondocking” in Dulzura, CA … aka: middle of nowhere, San Diego. We went out to look at the stars and left 2 perfectly good sets of keys inside the RV. This is ok because you can only lock the deadbolt latch in our RV with a key from the outside, right? When the door shut, something jarred and an invisible force somehow locked our door.

So here we are outside the RV 10pm at night 49 degrees and I am in shorts and flip flops!! AND my cellphone was inside the RV too.

Luckily my wife had her cell. We reached TRIPLE A and thanked our stars that we were members .. but they COULD NOT HELP!!! They said by noon tomorrow someone might reach out to us. Remember: 49 degrees / shorts / flip flops.

So Google finds a few locksmiths that claim to be 24 hours:
1. no answer
2. we dont go that far
3. we dont have anyone available
4. we will have someone call you right back (ghosted)

Getting ready to throw in the towel and have someone find our huddling frozen bodies in the morning, we found TEAM LOCKSMITH – they were there in 30 minutes (mind, you everything in civilization is 40 minutes away from Dulzura.) And we were into our RV in minutes of their arrival. Now, one of the new favorite moments in my life is seeing their truck headlights come down the driveway in the pitch black in the middle of night. Thanks again TEAM!

Gerardo did an excellent job at the Santee location. I had just bought a used car from a dealership and it only came with 1 remote key. I had bought 2 new ones on my own online and brought them into them. They programmed both the remotes and cut the attached keysThey were very inexpensive and lightning fast. The dealership would have charged me at least 3x as much. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. He even let me know that there was 2 previous keys that had been made & registered to my vehicle so he said he could deactivate them. That was a relief since I only got 1 when I purchased the vehicle, that was nice of him to go the extra mile and let me know and that he was able to do that. He let me know that since my original key is pretty worn down I should use that one as a spare and use the 2 new one mainly. Excellent customer service. Way to go Gerardo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got locked out past midnight on a Sunday, right after getting back from a trip. I texted Robert some photos of the lock, and he actually tried to walk me through fixing it myself first so I wouldn’t have to pay for a service call. When that didn’t do the trick, he showed up in about 30 minutes and had my lock reset and working again in under 5 minutes.
Robert was incredibly kind, responsive, and honest — the kind of person who tries to save you money before trying to make a sale. Prices were more than fair, and his response time in an urgent, late-night situation was seriously impressive. Can’t recommend him enough!

For a non-emergency situation in which I lost my keys to my home office filing cabinets, Busy Bees provided a non destructive solution to regaining access to my files.
In less than 24 hours they scheduled Kyle to check & create new keys. He was awesome, opened and provided replacement keys for the filing cabinets without damaging them!
I am extremely grateful and happily recommend their services.

Sadly the key they cut at their kiosk in Vons did not work. I put the copy key on the top of the original to see the dents were missing in the copy. Still, I gave two stars because it was easy to reach them and they asked me for full refund.

Service was prompt and efficient I had locked my keys in my car as it turns out my car is one of the hardest ones to get into. I had tried for six hours of previous day with proper tools and everything could not do it. However, the locksmith came and my car gave him a challenge however he persevered and prevailed and got my keys out very professional, very courteous And very efficient I would hire them again at an important time.
