I don’t usually do reviews, but when a business does a great job, I want others to know about it!
Even though the name says “EZ Car Keyz”, Tim was able to get into my locked house. I called others, and they said they would have to drill the lock out and then sell me a new lock. Tim was able to use his special tool to read the pattern of the key, and made a new key right on the spot within minutes. After he opened the door, he made me a couple extra keys! Super fair pricing and great communication. Can’t ask for more! He will be going into my contact list and go to for locksmith issues. Thanks Tim!!

Paid extra (2.99) for the ‘refinement’ for 2 separate house keys and neither worked. Had to go back and pay for 2 more keys without the refinement which worked.

They came all the way to the lake and didn’t gripe. It took five minutes for him to open the truck and they charged me a fair price. I will be calling them but hopefully not soon

While the keys work great, the time to receive them by mail was longer than expected- took about 10 days to receive them once I was told they were mailed. The keys themselves are perfect and I know the mail time is not your fault , but was a bit frustrating.

Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?
