I needed to get new remote car keys made and programmed after my old ones wore out. The Ford dealer wanted to charge me $450 to have this done but Bomac’s took care of it all for $155! And with prompt service and a smile! Highly recommend.

We needed extra keys and randomly ran into this kiosk in our local grocery store. It was fast, reasonable, and easy to get three new keys made while we waited. Check this company and service out!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I initially reached out for help with a faulty balcony door handle. Communication started off well, but things quickly became a long, drawn-out process full of delays, misquotes, and poor follow-through.

1. Weeks of Delays & Scheduling Changes
What should have been a straightforward job ended up taking over three weeks, with multiple reschedules, often last-minute. I repeatedly had to follow up to get updates.

2. Poor Responsiveness
After the work was finally completed, I spent weeks trying to get corrected receipts for my landlord. My messages on text were mostly unanswered until I warned that I would leave a review.

2. Wrong Part Ordered & Refund Delays
They charged me for a part that wasn’t used, admitted it, and said the trim cost would be refunded in 5–10 business days. It has now been longer than that, and still no refund. Once again, no response unless I chase them.

Overall, this felt like a mix of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of accountability. The technicians themselves were polite, but the operational side of the business needs serious improvement. I would not recommend it unless they address these issues.

I paid them almost 400 dollars and they left all the garbage in my truck of the things they used to fix my key Ignition. They scraped all the door panel where and they didn’t even close the case that sits on My steering wheel the clips don’t close abs when I drive it hits the steering wheel. They made me new keys and fixed the problem but broke and Scrape parts that where fine before taking it to them. It was very unprofessional the way they left my truck especially after paying that much.
