Always a pleasure working with AJ. He is super responsive and professional. From quote, ordering, scheduling work, and invoicing…process was a breeze and transparent. Great communication. I couldn’t be at the site during installation of new hardware but AJ communicated with me via text and phone calls from beginning to end. Site cleaned and keys clearly marked/organized for all the doors! Will be relying on American here on out.

The person I called sent called a locksmith in New York who spent 40 min driving to a library with the same name as the one in Carmel. Even after I specific the streets it was on.

Be Careful about using them. They wont give you an estimate or even tell you about there fee’s. Called to schedule for them to unlock a door told they have to get here before they tell me how much. 5mins later we find the key and when we call back to cancel the appointment they say there is a $30 Cancellation fee that was never explained to me when scheduling the appointment in the first place. Recommend not using them.

I called Brass Key Locksmith on a whim and was helped right away by Jen, who was confident they could make my specific mailbox key.

When I came in, Will took great care of me. He went above and beyond helping me finagle the keychain labels so everything was exactly how I wanted it.

I walked out with four keys and four keychains for under $20, and the whole visit took about 5 to 10 minutes, most of that spent getting the labels just right.

Awesome shop, highly recommend!
