Great experience coming into the shop for a door lock cylinder repair. Guys if you’re having trouble with programming your lock/unlock remotes. If you can’t get your car, truck or suv into programming mode it could be your door lock cylinder needs to be repaired. Guys it only took 15mins and it was fixed. It solved my issue with programming my lock/ unlock remotes on a 2002 Toyota Sequoia SR5. Thank you David and Travis for the two metal door keys and the two chipped ignition keys. Cause now after coming to BusyBee locksmith………I can now lock my car with some proper security. Thanks guys!!!

Very cool u put the key in the machine and if my key was in stock like most house or car keys my is a special gas key so I had to wait I order 2 they came within 2 days unlike what they said on the kiosk it was going to be a week…

Got the key from the KeyMe kiosk. Key works great, just not a perfect match and will eventually get broken off.

*** Update *** As of yesterday, the 2nd key got broken off. So as expected they didn’t last a week. Just stuck out too far. Pretty much wasted my money 💰 No fault to KeyMe. I should have paid more attention to the size of the key getting cut.

Pretty good, still expensive. Dude will charge you $200 for labor that takes him 10 minutes to do. They are taking advantage of people in dire situations.

I purchased a replacement key fob for my 2017 Nissan Rogue on Amazon and took it to Noble Locksmith in the San Carlos area of San Diego to be programmed. When I arrived, Lily greeted me and went to work attempting to program the fob I provided. Unfortunately, this fob was unable to be programmed due to issues with the device. Fortunately, they had the correct fob in stock and Lily promptly got it programmed and working properly. My advice, don’t waste your time trying to get a better deal on a fob online, go directly to Noble – it will save you a lot of time in the long run! Lily provided great service and was very knowledgeable – highly recommended!

It was fast and easy. You don’t have to take the key off of your key ring. Depending on the kind of key that you need they have different themes. Mine was just a basic key so nothing cute to choose from..but that’s all it needed to be.

We are a preschool who uses pin pad key locks for security. Doug came out to assist us in setting up our outdoor pin locks and fixing our indoor pin pad that was poorly installed by another company. Doug was so nice and professional. He set everything up quickly and correctly! We had the best experience with him! When it came time to change our code for the new year he even walked me through the process on the phone and was very patient with me as I am not very technical! Chris was also so nice in helping schedule us with Doug. We would recommend this company and Doug to anyone needing this service!

I got locked out past midnight on a Sunday, right after getting back from a trip. I texted Robert some photos of the lock, and he actually tried to walk me through fixing it myself first so I wouldn’t have to pay for a service call. When that didn’t do the trick, he showed up in about 30 minutes and had my lock reset and working again in under 5 minutes.
Robert was incredibly kind, responsive, and honest — the kind of person who tries to save you money before trying to make a sale. Prices were more than fair, and his response time in an urgent, late-night situation was seriously impressive. Can’t recommend him enough!

For a non-emergency situation in which I lost my keys to my home office filing cabinets, Busy Bees provided a non destructive solution to regaining access to my files.

Huge shoutout to Busy Bees!! I have a BMW motorcycle with German engineered luggage locks that I needed picked. A locksmith arrived at my home but discovered that these locks were unable to be opened with conventional picking. Shortly thereafter the manager called me and said they were not giving up yet. He spoke with the owner of Busy Bee and she okayed the ordering of a special (and expensive) tool designed to defeat the more secure locking system. The tool showed up in a couple of days, they called, I arrived, and my luggage was unlocked in a couple of minutes.

That level of commitment to purpose is uncommon and I want to publicly thank them for not giving up and finding a way to deliver what I needed! Great work from a great team of professionals!!
