There was a problem with the dead bolt lock on my front door. I called Simi Valley lock and Key and scheduled appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time. The problem was identified and explained to me and fixed accordingly. The technician was very professional and the service cost was very reasonable. Unfortunately this is my last time coming here
Such a disappointment
I remember used to be good…but
I went for a keyfob copy for my car plus maybe a battery change for my oem key,
BOY I was wrong, I park in front of the store, same drill I put an order to make, he start doing it and then out of nowhere he claimed that my car have no battery!
Which is ridiculous I literally just pass smog check and all points with my personal mechanic.he states that he can’t do anything more and that’s it.
I’m stuck my my car no able to turned on even with my original key.
I even call my mechanic to confirm what happened, he also have no clue.
And since the locksmith was about to leave he knowing that my car car had a problem just walk away closed everything and left.
I’m now in front of his store with a car that can not run and with no keys.
I had to call a private service from afar to make sure the problem is taking care of.
We found out that this problem was caused by him.
He deprogrammed my original key and erase all data before assuring that the copy is been done correctly.this provoked the anti theft system to activate.i pay triple for a guy to do this the right way just because he did a shortcut and messed up my car!!!

You ruined my Friday afternoon and since a have no vehicle with me , I had to call my family to assist me.

They took good care of me and my 2016 Mazda CX-5 which needed a new fob and new keys cut. Extremely reasonable pricing especially compared to dealers and I got multiple new fobs programmed. Grateful for their service and would definitely do business with them again!

Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box. Highly recommend these guys.

The keys work great. The final finishing spin on the wheel to smooth out the shavings should be part of the price of the key, not an extra cost. A real life locksmith would not have charged for that extra service. That’s why I gave the service a 4 star. Otherwise, the house keys work great.

Very pleased with the keosk & it can make all keys even if the machine doesn’t have them & they will be mailed to you in about 10 days. I think the price is a little high for a key, but just like everything else prices have gone up. But very convenient.
