Connel I had an excellent experience. He came from over two hours away to help me when I lost my original keys and needed a new one made. On top of that, he also fixed my battery issue. He was extremely professional, reliable, and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciated the dedication and quality of service. Economy Lock and Key has amazing service. These guys really know there stuff when it comes to making keys for cars. They recently made a key for my Honda Accord and it works great. They were very fair on pricing and have quick service. I will be considering them for all my lock smithing needs in the future.

Austin and the gang are awesome. I had 3 keys that I needed to have copies made and this place was the only business that had the right types. They can make duplicates of any key that you have trouble getting one made anywhere else. So don’t give up on your mission! Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box. Highly recommend these guys.

Two stars: He was quick to get to my house it was about 6:20pm when he showed up.
I was quoted $130 to unlock my front door.
Both locks needed to be unlocked not rekeyed.
It took him 10 minutes the final charge was $230. Like are you serious….. He didn’t provide a receipt. He was rude too. Call Bill’s lock smith if you need service.

Created 3 keys using the kiosk. Two keys worked fine. The key with the integrated bottle opener did not turn…went online, simple refund process.

These guys did a great job! I couldn’t find a locksmith close to me that would show up when the said they would. So they made almost a 4 hour roundtrip to help me out. I had a A++ positive experience at all stages of this project which was a rekeying of our locks after moving to a new home. From Amber in the front office going the extra mile to get info to and from my home warranty company to Freddy the locksmith who did an excellent job, it was a great experience overall. Freddy rekeyed all the locks so they open with a single key and adjusted the doors and locks to work perfectly. He also gave me a bunch of tips and information about my brand of locks and doors for future use. Awesome guys! Thank you!

09/19/2025 – I called for a lock smith and when I spoke with someone, I specifically asked if they had experience with picking Thule Cargo boxes. I was advised yes and someone would get back to me in 2 minutes.
The person arrived, and tried to open the lock. It took several attempts and a multitude of tools. The lock was opened. I purchased a new Thule Lock (since I lost the keys) with comes with a change key. I went today to try to use the change key and realized it would not fit in the lock. After examining the lock, it appears that when the person attempted to pick it, he jammed the key hole closure inside the key hole, breaking it. I know for certain that this was not broken before because I was able to insert a key, the last time I used it and the cargo box has been sitting in my garage since.
Guy will not accept responsibility. It is obvious after examining the locking mechanism, that it was destroyed while attempting to open it. Now I am left to pay someone else to drill it out and hopefully not damage the cargo carrier, or purchase a new one. Had I thought a ‘professional’ locksmith was going to break it prior to telling me there is no other choice, I would have saved the money to put toward a new box.
Now my Almost $1K Thule is ruined because I now cannot insert the Thule change key, to remove and replace the locking mechanism.

Giving a 1 star because at least the guy was nice when he was here. I just wish I would have been advised in advance the lock would be destroyed or that he did not have experience with unlocking Thule cargo carriers.

1st time I have ever been so horribly disappointed with the kiosk. All 3 residential keys didn’t fit/work. It has taken a few days to get a response from the company. I have t received my money back either.

I went to a Keyme kiosk at my local vons to get a house key made and the moment I get home after checking to see if it worked the house key did not work. I am disappointed that on top of charging $11 (for a regular key where I can go to other kiosks vendors in other cities and get the key for $6) that the kiosk asks for $3 extra to smooth out the key when it appeared smooth enough and correct just for it to turn out wrong. I apologize for seeming harsh. Honestly I would like a refund because it is too expensive and would prefer to get a new key from somewhere else.
