I want to be safe locksmith. The owner looked at my ignition, suggested to pick up the key ignition cylinder at the dealership. He would install the wafers in the cylinder, put the key cylinder and in the ignition for a amazing price . I decided to purchase two new keys with the fob the cutting of The two keys, was a little under $250. This was a great deal. The dealer was going to do the same work and charge me $700 and I would’ve walked away with one new key.
I highly recommend stopping in if you need any service on an automobile key or any thing relating to locksmithing The two gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review. As a business owner myself and because of how it affects the business, and for many other reasons. I came in as an easy to work with money ready customer, I asked for the best system and “got” that. After the installation my brand new truck made weird noises and fuses popped multiple times. I had to go back 5 times for incorrect installation and wrong products used. The wiring install was installed completely wrong and the amp was installed under my seat instead of behind the back seat where it’s supposed to go. Along with so many other problems and issues with wrong products used and wrong/sloppy installation. All I got from them was excuses that they couldn’t do this and do that when they know for sure they installed the products wrong. on top of all this I over payed for every product! Verified by 3 other shops in the same area. These guys take advantage of people , don’t go here ! I have to pay another company to re-install all new products because they used the wrong stuff. I was told multiple times I’m lucky nothing caught on fire. As a customer service provider myself, this is despicable and unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and don’t get screwed out of $3,000

Luke at Franks Lock and Key gave me excellent service. I needed same day service for a rental unit in San Luis Obispo, and got it. He was able to work me into his already busy day. It’s so nice to know there are excellent friendly businesses still out there. Service was great, left the areas he worked in spotless, and the price was very reasonable. I now have a go to locksmith to call on when necessary.
