Well, as I was calling and asking around for a capable locksmith. Turns out that only some do motorcycles. When I called Carlos and explained my situation, I told him that I had broken half of my key in the ignition. Let me tell you, it was all the way at the bottom of the ignition. I even tried picking it out myself. Big fail. With that being said, I was skeptical. However, Carlos came and handed that in about 45 minutes and made me two fresh keys. Definitely worth every penny. I will absolutely recommend him and his company.

Secured Locksmith is the best! Flushed my Toyota Key Fob with keys attached down the toilet and unable to retrieve them! Called and explained my desperate situation for help to John. He said he’d be here within a few hours and he was. Brought a new key fob to program and he was able to make the 6 keys that I needed too. Very reasonably priced, great customer service, reliable and efficient! My new Locksmith Company go to when needed!

Called about getting a key done for my car. Conversation was good, and was told he was going to check with one of his guys to see if he was in my area as they “were mobile only right now.” Said he’d call back in about 5mins. 30mins later I hadn’t gotten a call, so I call back. As soon as I identified myself, I was hung up on. I tried calling again immediately after and there was no response. Unfortunately couldn’t get a name, but it sounded like an older individual.

Got my purse stolen with my keys inside. Jorge saved me! He made me a new key fob and programmed it in less than 45 mins. Great customer service and very professional. Great price too! Charged me a fraction of what the dealer was quoting me. Absolutely would recommend him and use his services again if needed.

Excellent customer service! I had to get copies made for an office that uses a special type of key. I had gone to 3 other locksmiths before finding this one. All of them told me they couldnt help me because they didnt have this specific type of key. Norwalk didnt either but the gentleman told me he would call his supplier and see if they had them. He told me to call the following Monday to see if he could get them or not. I called and spoke to someone else but he was able to confirm that the supplier had them. I showed up the following day and had 5 keys made. Very reasonable pricing too considering that they were “special order” keys. No issues with the copies either, some locksmiths give you poorly cut keys that jam, not these guys. Will definitely come here again if I need keys made for personal or work needs.

The guy came and did 15-20 mins of service and scammed us out of almost $500 for just a simple door unlock. I’ve been trying to call the company and they have been dodging my calls. I spoke to the supervisor once and he said he was going to call me back but he never did. I’m thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

Be very, very careful with this company. I called them told them my problem. The Safe operated fine except when you put the key in it went a little too far, but the lock mechanism worked fine and said that they could fix it the way I wanted it. The man gets out here takes a sweet time all day replaces parts without asking for authorization! I guess for 125 bucks an hour they’re gonna take their time. They charge to come out and even charge for a tool bag charge. I had never heard of such a thing. The Safe had only one issue the key was turning too far. All I needed was the key part to be fixed, but he changed dials and God knows what else ihe didn’t even ask for authorization.then he hands me a bill for $530. I could buy a whole Safe for $530. Be very careful total scam!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!! That is a total absolute lie when I called they told me $95 service charge plus a $25 tool fee and then it was 125 an hour that is not true an absolute lie. And that doesn’t explain the fact that if it needed parts, I should’ve been consulted before so don’t come on here and act like you did nothing wrong maybe you oughta think about making it right I’m sure I’m not the first person.! I did not show you out of your money. I looked at it and I told him my displeasure I was in shock, but I did not try to hang out with you or not pay you. I paid you the full amount! I’m not that type of person they want something for nothing but I hate to be screwed in the end and that’s what I feel like happened. The man obviously did not know how to work on that Locke. He should’ve told me that he didn’t have the experience to do it. I would’ve called another company. And be very careful about your accusation about me throwing the credit card. I tossed it up on the counter and it’s all on camera and I will put the video on here to show that your technician is a bold face liar!!! It’s all on camera!! The man had no idea what he was doing, and it was so obvious. Maybe you need to hire a better caliber of an employee to do this kind of work, but if he wants to come back and lie, I would be more than happy to share the videotape with you! I will post it for all to see.!! Everything he did was on camera.

After two hours of tearing my house apart looking for my keys, I called Alan in a panic. I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. He responded immediately and got to me so fast! He was incredibly kind and professional, even when I had to admit I found the keys while he was already working on my car. I asked him to go ahead and make me a spare anyway, and also a house key since he was already there. He didn’t hesitate, and despite the mix-up, he stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. $10 EACH for brass keys.
I went today to get 8 keys made, because I needed them today, not mailed to me. Spent $80 for the machine to spit out two keys and stop. The staff at the Ralphs are totally impotent when it comes to the kiosk and just said “oh well good luck.”

I tried to call the number on the kiosk. No answer. I tried to use their self-service form, but it won’t take my request because I don’t have an order number. Why don’t I have an order number? It never sent me the receipt to the phone number I provided.

ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF

I’ll be getting a refund through my cc company, thanks.

Mario and team did a fantastic job making a duplicate key for my 2015 Porsche Macan. I’d tried a different locksmith previously and didn’t actually get a fully working key. the new key from The Local Locksmith works perfectly including the wireless start. I’d recommend going here if you need a duplicate key for your car. Pricing and time to do the job were just as quoted over the phone too — no surprises!
