Thank you Uval!! I had a rental car for a trip to Santa Barbara when it malfunctioned and left me unable to get in. Uval showed up so promptly and we had a bunch of laughs about the situation. Its been months since then and when I mentioned how i’ll be leaving a review he jokingly responded, “yes lots of people say that” but here I am! Haha. Look at this door handle and tell me if you think it’s $500 in labor (I bought the parts). Christina and Esteban are nice but this should have been half price and not taken 2 trips b/c a plate was not in the work van. He had to take everything apart again and we paid in refunds, lockouts, time and a giant price tag. I am grateful the job was done, but anyone looking at this job can agree it’s not work half a grand.

Eric is professional, efficient, and friendly. He got here on time and changed my locks so fast! He took time afterwards to walk through my house with me to answer my questions about setting up security cameras. He explained thoroughly what I could do, recommending camera placements as well as what products to use. He also assessed a lock that I had questions about. The delicate key came out sharp and jagged with a metal buildup where it was cut and didn’t open the deadbolt lock when I got home. I had to use a wire brush to shave off the the sharp edges and buildup in order to get the key to work.
