Professional, organized, great communication, on-time, dependable; Highly recommendation. Had Bought a handleset and deadbolt from Lowes online, unfortunately, Lowes sent the wrong item. Kyle from E.S. Lock and Key went to Homedepot and got the Correct Schlage Deadbolt. He then installed everything perfectly, replacing our wonky -installed thing, made it all perfect. Highest recommendation.

I went in the shop and greeted“Hi”! The guy didn’t reply back, how rude! Asked him how much to duplicate a key I have and he said $11! I find it expensive so I left and went to A C Lock Service in Berkeley which they charged me $6!

KeyMe kiosks are such a life saver. Working in the real estate industry, we need to make keys often, so it’s super useful to be able to do so outside of standard business hours and not have to wait in a line waiting to get keys cut. For my own personal keys, AND RFID I keep copies stored in the machine in case I need it.
I haven’t gotten a car key copy yet but I plan on trying it out soon. Seriously one of the best things to happen since we put a man on the moon is create KeyMe Kiosks.
I hope someday we can purchase all of our needs out of kiosks..and gumball machines and claw machines. Perhaps instead of money, we can buy our groceries with the tickets we win from playing skee-ball and that punching bag game that scores how strong our punch is. (i.e. if you are weak, you won’t win many tickets)

I hope ai takes all our our jobs and we, humans can just live in an arcade fun world. Cars will all be bumper cars. And drive themselves.
Really anything that will make it so I don’t have to keep waking up so dang early every single day of the dang week.
KeyMe is the first step to this utopian paradise. Embrace it.

If I could give a negative 10 star to this business I would. Their price gouging and fraudulent business practices are astonishing. The supposedly bought another locksmith that we used to work with as fraudulent and price gouging as them and then took it a notch higher. Being a captive client they charge 35 dollars per key. Today I paid over 200 dollars for 5 keys. They are so bad they even charged a 4 percent credit card use fee. I am sending our attorney after them and if the business operates under any special license I will file a complain. Stay away from these people.

I don’t like haggling for prices. Sent a picture and the guy told me the price would be $100. Guy gets to my home, now the price is $300. We settled on $150/cash. The guy tried to pick the lock and when that didn’t work, he drilled a hole in the lock. I thought a locksmith would be able to re-key the lock not destroy the lock. I could’ve broken the lock all by myself for free.

Neither 3 of my keys worked and I reached out to let them know about it and still no one has responded. I let them know that I would like be refunded because it asked and like I said no reply and its been a week or so. I’ve used it once before with no problem, but this time it didn’t work so I had to go somewhere else.
