Chris Webber re-keyed my locks 5 to be exact. He knows his craft even fixing one of the doors so the lock fit properly into the door frame. He adjusted the wood carving it out. Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

Keys worked perfect! System Glitched out and didn’t do the complimentary discounted key. And, there was no excuse for it, because I was able to order a similar key immediately after. Although the service and key-making process was phenomenal being that i was able to get my key same day, unfortunately, the copy DOES NOT WORK in my door and i am HIGHLY disappointed because i loved how quickly the key was made and that i was able to make it a different color. This machine is a SCAM. I will be hoping to get refunded for the $12 i spent on this poor useless key.

I’d give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

I used the machine to make a key. Unfortunately, it was a really bad job. Usually, I dont face this problem. But this time I did. The bigger problem is that you get a bad key and you can’t be reimbursed or remake it.

I had an old mailbox key to duplicate. It’s an old design and needs to be recut/adjusted multiple times until it works. This place tried once, gave up and just told me to leave after refunding money. Well thanks for refunding but I’m still out of a key. I solo parent and have medical issues, so it was very difficult to come in here two times with a baby, only to be told they can’t duplicate my key. I do think if you have a regular house key you’d do fine here. I would come back again if I had a common key to duplicate but would look elsewhere for unusual keys. Giving one star since my needs weren’t met.

In the end I had to go somewhere else and they explained why this particular key needs multiple attempts, and they were good about trying until it worked.

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.
