Eric is professional, efficient, and friendly. He got here on time and changed my locks so fast! He took time afterwards to walk through my house with me to answer my questions about setting up security cameras. He explained thoroughly what I could do, recommending camera placements as well as what products to use. He also assessed a lock that I had questions about. I highly recommend Eric for locksmith work and security recommendations.

Fair prices, fast service, great customer service!

Came for a last minute key fob replacement. Poor key has really gone through it, even the tape holding it together was giving up…
Eric was headed out for a call but still took the time and assisted us! He was able to repair the key fob instead of replacing it saving us over a hundred dollars! Super grateful! He was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything that was going on.

Then, I had a weird screw for another set of keys I own that I could not find for the life of me! Tammy took a few and was able to find a screw that fit! Will definitely stick to local businesses for things like this.

I have to agree with all of these positive reviews, the team there have excellent customer service and are great at their job!

One of my Chevy Bolt Key Fobs had stopped working after putting it through the wash- they took a look and were able to figure out the fix in less than 10 minutes. What’s even better is that it cost close to nothing compared to having to buy a whole new key from the dealer.

They’re amazing people and genuinely made my day better 😁

If you need a key fixed I would 100% recommend Parker Security!!
