I had a great experience with this locksmith. They arrived quickly, were very professional, and got the job done fast without causing any damage. The technician was friendly and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Fair pricing and excellent customer service – exactly what you hope for when you’re locked out or dealing with a security issue. I’ll definitely call them again if I need locksmith services. Highly recommended!

The service provided was quick and took no more than 5 minutes. My technician was swift and efficient.

That being said, I was given an ETA arrival time of the service of 9:23 AM and my technician did not arrive until 10:15AM. I was not notified about the lateness until I called at 9:40AM to follow up on the service.

Upon arrival, the technician asked me to move my car up and away from the curb despite having a completely flat tire and there being a FedEx truck blocking the back half of my car. When I asked if I could wait to move my car until after the truck left the technician told me, “Yeah, I don’t have time for that. Just move the car.” The car got moved and the tech did an efficient job of the service asked. I just don’t appreciate the rudeness and the rush when I was the one left waiting.

Excellent service by very knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff. I came in to get two VW keys cut and they were able to do it quickly and for a fraction of the price I was quoted at another business. Will be coming back.

Foothill Locksmith team is amazing, they arrived within the appointment window and provided excellent service. The fixed our front door knob and made matching keys for the other locks which simplified the amount of keys we required. The tech was very friendly and trust worthy. And the price was very close to what I expected. We will be using Foothill for all our locks moving forward. Finally, the front office was responsive and the scheduling was amazing.

I needed a key made. The KeyMe kiosk just happen to be at the store where I shop. The convenience of having the kiosk there is great. The variety and styles of keys made are really good and the price was exceptional. Buy 2 get 3rd for free. Not a bad deal. I was very happy with the service.

I used it to get one copy of a house key. It did the job, and the key works. I didn’t like all the forced options for upselling more keys, etc. And it cost at least twice as much as your local hardware store.

I have used a KeyMe machine on 2 separate occasions to cut 5 copies of one original Yale key. To date, all of the 5 KeyMe keys went into the lock but all 5 failed to turn!!
KeyMe staff have quickly processed refunds to my credit card, but my family needs keys that will unlock our front door, not timely refunds!! “House key copying” is not a service listed on this survey.

My experience overall was very good, I was just disappointed at no being able to get one of my three keys in the black, lighter material as initially offered by the kiosk. Also, I made three sets of three keys each but was offered no key rings to hold them together, either free (as I think should be the case) or for purchase. That should be an option for a more complete service. If the third key type I wanted had been available and I had been given or offered key rings my rating would be five stars instead of four.

Terrible I lost my new key fob I bought from the dealership in so cal this weekend . Called ask them if they could replace he quotes me 200 I said I didn’t have 200 he said what do you have I got 180 . He said he would take it. He shows up can’t find a key fob to fit my car with out asking me programs a more expensive key fob and it was key fob that didn’t even make sense . The key fob I wanted replace that I bought from the dealership had a automatic start, button, lock button, unlock button a trunk release, and the panic button the key fob he gave me that he thought was suffice to that had a lock button an unlock button the trunk release was now my panic button and my red panic button was my trunk release and there is no key remote key start on it when I asked him that my old key work he said no it’s not programmed anymore and then was irritated because I didn’t want the key and then proceeded to charge me more money for something he didn’t even ask about in the first place mad because he spent so much time on my car. He could’ve cut his time and have if you would’ve just came to me with a problem that he had, I would’ve let him go terrible service don’t go with them unprofessional shut up and is Jetta not really in uniform irritate the whole time do you know what he was doing and terrible customer service still waiting on what they’re gonna do to resolve it. All I want is my old key fob program back to my car without it I have absolutely no car.!
