So, here’s my short story. I was locked out of my safe because of a keypad issue, and I immediately thought it would cost $1000. I decided to call FM lock and safe and a guy named Daniel answered. I told him my situation, and he immediately suggested I check my battery. I checked it, and he insisted that I do so again. He even asked me to check the date and make sure I had a good battery. I continued asking him questions, and he kept saying that I needed to check my battery before he could give me a price. So, I replaced the battery with a new one that wasn’t expired. And guess what? My safe opened right up! I was blown away by Daniel’s honesty. I saved a ton of money. Any other shop would have probably charged me a very high price just to change the battery. So, hats off to this business and to the man of the day, Daniel. I highly recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs. They are very honest and trustworthy.

Super kind and professional. I lost my car keys completely and called asking for services. At the time he didn’t have the specific tools to make the key, so he ordered tools and reached out to me the next day. Was super quick and he gave me 2 keys. Would call back definitely

I needed a very custom key made for an antique lock box. I didn’t even have one to make a copy from. Their tech was able to figure out the lock pattern and make a key from scratch. There was a bit of confusion for the pricing, but the owner honored what the first employee originally quoted, so for that I am grateful. A good reminder to give/get quotes in writing.

Was told that I would receive a call from a technician shortly. 15 minutes later I received a phone call saying I was going to be transferred to a technician. It then rang and rang and rang and then disconnected after ringing for approx. 3 minutes. I called back only to speak with a lady who told me “there must not be a technician in your area call someone else” to which I responded with “I’m sorry, what?” and she repeated “there isn’t a technician in your area, call a different company” and hung up.

I was already in a stressful situation and to be met with that kind of customer service was just absolutely unprofessional. Worst customer service experience ever.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would. Amazing service! The locksmith Alex came out the same day, was super friendly, and had great prices. He fixed my key in under 20 minutes and was extremely dependable and professional. The whole process was quick and stress-free. I’m so happy with the service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith!

Called and said that my ignition had been changed so he hed need to charge more. Then called his dispatch and told them he needed to drill into the ignition switch yet he never even showed up!!
