We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. These guys were absolutely fantastic! I had a small time-locked safe with both a key and digital code, but after losing the key and forgetting the combination, I reached out to them for help. The technician, Dylan, arrived within 20 minutes and had the safe open in even less time. He went above and beyond by also taking the time to try unlocking my LionLock—used for apartment tours to hold keys—with patience and skill.

Dylan was incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly an expert at what he does. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any locksmith needs in the future—highly recommended!

Antonio came as quickly as possible, was so friendly, efficient, professional, and worked hard to unlock my steering wheel. My Triple A paid $150 with me paying the additional $35. Thank you! Highly recommend Ron!! My friends and I were locked out of the car at 1am, and he responded swiftly. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, and he even informed us of the usual prices past midnight, and we realized we almost accepted an overpriced service from another locksmith!!! He brought the cutest pom with him and unlocked the car within 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable too!

This place charged $549.00 to replace my front door lock. They charged $250 for a $40 door knob at Home Depot, and 85.00 to take the existing door nob off. It was ridiculously expensive and as business owner myself, I will not be using this company again!!!

I mean, this guy literally came from heaven to be honest with you. I was already having a rough week then to top it off New Year’s Day I get out wanting to get some thing to eat at Nick the Greek, moving too fast. I ended up locking my key in the truck. Once I realize I did two seconds after I closed the door, I quickly had anxiety and didn’t even try the door because I knew I locked my key in the truck. I have a 2018 freightliner M2 business class 106 with a 6.7 Cummins engine, Eaton double clutch automatic transmission. I called about two different places and called my insurance USAA. (Who are extremely reliable) to notify them that I got locked out of the truck. I then gave up plans for the day and what I wanted to do to take a minute and reflect on my relationship with God cause when things like this happen, they are like signs from God to either a slow down or do something differently.

I called Sam . Something told me to call Sam. Sam, the Lock Smith man is a great man extremely reliable extremely dependable literally was almost like a 911 called because he came so fast and I believe he had his family with him mind you this is literally New Year’s Day Jan 1st 2026. He told me 45 minutes and he was here in 42 minutes. Then to top it off this man bless me with something that I’ve been trying to get waiting to get, and no one really had he end up having a spare key, which is very rare for this type of truck for a mobile locksmith to just be carrying or have available brand new.
Also, my key was bent over 15°s this man took a look at it and fixed it in no time.
I literally should have filmed him trying to get the door unlocked because for this type of truck and before I have locked the key in the truck it literally took over two hours sometimes less sometimes more . I watch Sam access his tool to the door and literally got the door unlocked within less than 15 seconds. No exaggeration I promise to God.

I’ve been using busy bees for over a decade. They have never ever let me down. They have come to buy rescue in both residential and commercial properties as a real estate agent and I actually never thought of them for vehicle service. After five hours with AAA I called busy bee to see if they could recommend anyone for auto and they came out to save the day.
