After first call said they would get back to me in thirty minutes. An hour went by no call so I called them back and he said they should be contacting me in within thirty minutes. Another hour went by and I called again only for him to tell me they should be contacting me soon. I got a call 5 minutes later explaining how about an hour ago the driver got in an a car accident and will not be coming. Unfortunate events happen but to not notify the customer and leave me waiting with no information is completely unprofessional. The guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t even process my request and was just saying things to get me to hang up. I would not recommend this service as they may just not even show up.

I stopped by Tony’s Locksmith Shop thinking it would just be a quick errand, but it turned into a full-on good-vibes experience. Tony the owner is not only a total professional — fast, skilled, and clearly knows his craft inside out — but also one of the funniest, most down-to-earth guys you’ll ever meet. Within five minutes, he had my lock fixed and me laughing so hard I almost forgot why I came in.

The shop itself is spotless, organized, and has that old-school charm — the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re in good hands. And then there’s Bulldog Tony, sitting proudly by the counter, looking like he runs the joint (which, let’s be honest, he probably does).

Between the A+ service, the friendly atmosphere, and the bulldog who deserves his own Instagram, this is hands-down the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in San Clemente and need a lock fixed, a key cut, or just a good laugh, go see the Tonys — both of them. You’ll leave with working locks and a smile! 😄🔒🐾

I got a key made at Ralph’s grocery store, I was a little concerned, not thinking that it would work . In less than a few minutes it turned out perfect. My key works. It was convenient. .

Took a chance on this. It was a kiosk at Ralph’s. I put in the door key to copy and in less than 3 minutes it spit out the new one which worked perfectly. For the convenience and such, lack of needing to interact with a human (priceless) and availability (like, whenever Ralphs is open) I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I rarely write reviews but this was review worthy.

I put lock rekeying but it was just copying a key. Didn’t see that option.

Ben came when my front door wouldn’t open. What a lifesaver. He asked a few questions then pulled out a tool and opened it like a charm. He fixed what was broken and was fast and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!

a scam like everyone else. they state that if you buy two, you get one free and then at the last minute they give you yet another key at a lower cost. What they don’t tell you is that the free key and the extra low cost key are not of the same quality or imagery. In otyher words: SCAM THE CONSUMER!

Simple and easy way to get a key made and to make multiple keys that are cut consistently. I don’t have to worry about a key not working property because it was cut slightly off. I appreciate their guarantee if the key doesn’t work property but I’ve not had an issue and I’ve used Minute Key many times. Also like the cool options of keys available. I purchased a Star Wars theme key, colored, key, and a bunch of the standards.
