Brought in a tumbler that I needed the pins reset. They were great to work with and took care of my problem right away. The pricing was reasonable and I was about the door shortly. I unfortunately dropped the tumbler trying to put it back in the door, and sheepishly had to go back to have them do it again. They understood my mistake and were able to take care of me again.
Friendly service, would definitely use them on my next project needs. Next time I think I should have just paid for a house call to have it done right the first time.

Called to see if they made copies of keys from Mexico and they replied with a message saying they needed a Picture of my key. I replied saying I couldn’t send a Picture because then they would always have a copy of my key. They replied really rudely saying haha they are a locksmith and don’t need keys for anything. So they kind of threatened me saying he doesn’t need keys to get into my house. Really rude. Do not recommend this business. It wouldn’t let me post the screenshot of the messages. Or else I would have posted them on here.

He was so easy to book with and came the same day to help us rekey our locks and making sure the new lock lined up with our door frame. Definitely would recommend him to everyone in the area. Prices are very affordable.

Never again will I use a grocery store key making machine! Stopped in and had my key made in less than a minute and less than $5. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will absolutely return here for any key coping needs.

I would like to leave a 5 star review for Angel the guy that came out to help us make a key and reprogram the chip to the car!! My daddy set up the apt for us and then they came to us!! How convenient is that?? On top of that they literally gave us a 50 dollar discount!! Totally awsome sauce!! Very nice guy Angel super sweet and helpful very very hard to find now a days. This gentleman was very very polite came out within 15 minutes was the cheapest in town and in my opinion the best in town. He literally pulled up did everything he needed to do kept my car clean and even dealt with some crazy neighbors and was very very professional and all done within 45 minutes more close to 30 minutes. Thank you and very professional service I recommend them to anybody. Even if the price was higher than others this company knows what they’re doing and quick. This is coming from a service plumber who knows how to deal with customers and good and bad reviews. So trust me this review is 100% legit and this company is the right one to call.

I used the KeyMe kiosk in my local Ralphs grocery store to copy 3 of my office keys. I had already had keys made at Lowes and Ace Hardware that did NOT work. KeyMe was my last hope. I had three made, went straight to my office to try them out and they all worked perfectly! I will use again and I highly recommend.

I did not like the fact that you had to cancel after I saw the prices then I got the 33% off I usually make lots of keys but at this price I did not. I went to the local hardware store in my town and they were $3.99 a piece so I had more done today. I had a credit card with a chip and I took about 10 times of swiping it the right way which I was doing to get it to work then it told me to take the key out at the beginning of the process and I chose not to how are they going to make a key without the key in there I like the old machine better I would not do this again for prices and the whole procedure. But for that one community is serve its purpose I needed it right away

I had the pleasure of meeting Ramon, he worked on a digital Storefront lock for me. He was very responsive and got to work right away. What I liked about this experience is that he was flexible and he walked me through the whole process of reprogramming the lock. He’s very knowledgeable. Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box. Highly recommend these guys.

Average cost at the kiosk is $7 while Home Depot/Lowe’s is $1.49. The key felt cheap and not made of metal; I am afraid after multiple uses it will snap and break apart inside my lock. The key also didn’t work to open my front door. I tried for over 30 minutes and the key keeps getting stuck. I can now open the door but it’s hit and miss.

Good quality horrible service. The guy working there was very rude no manners no customer service. I was a bit of a jerk. I do not recommend using their services unless you like getting treated poorly. The person working behind the counter was a younger man. I’ve been going to the spot for years and up until now, I’ve never been treated like that. I spent $48 there on keys. I don’t get it you go there you’re spending your money there, but you get treated like a jerk. That’s the last time they’ll collect any money from me. I am born and raised in Oxnard and believe in spending my money locally on shops like this instead of going to Lowe’s Or Home Depot. Where is the customer service?

It just so happened that my teen needed a set of hosue keys. While out returning Xmas presents low and behold we see the machine. Super fast and literally identical key made in 5 mins or even less. Will go back to get an extra car key made 🙂
