The home lock was fixed at a reasonable fee by the punctual technician. He was polite, amiable, and nice. Excellent customer service!

Economy Lock and Key has amazing service. These guys really know there stuff when it comes to making keys for cars. They recently made a key for my Honda Accord and it works great. They were very fair on pricing and have quick service. I will be considering them for all my lock smithing needs in the future.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so impressed by Tal that I feel compelled to share. I called him after losing my car keys, expecting a quick replacement. What should have been a simple install turned into a much more complicated situation due to issues with my car.
Tal put in many hours over several days, returning multiple times without charging me anything beyond the original quote. When it became clear that the problem required a mechanic, he referred me to someone trustworthy with fair prices and followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent one of his team members to handle the final touches—again, without charging extra.
Tal went above and beyond at every step. He was clear, communicative, and highly reasonable with his prices. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and trustworthiness (especially after some less positive experiences with other autosmiths). I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had to call them as I was locked out of my ’06 Corolla. My experience with them had been very sour at the beginning mostly due to communication issue with their dispatch center.

The phone number listed will connect you to an agent. The agent will dispatch you a technician (in house or contractor). As such, your experience could vary depending on which one you get.

The agent initially would not discuss about service charge, and I was told it would be handled by a technician. However, the final price due was about 70% more than the original agreed price due to taxes and fees.

I tried calling the number again, but the second agent was not helpful at all. It wasn’t until the owner was made aware of the issue thru review that a resolution was achieved.

Since the issue has been resolved very quickly, I have updated the review to take that into account. That said, since the avenue to escalate an issue seems, to me, limited to publicly written review, there is no absolute guarantee everyone will be lucky to have their complaint reviewed. The business still has a homework to ensure every employee or contractor is trained to their standards.

Solid place to get some new keys made! The guy who was working was super helpful and made 10 keys for me just before they were supposed to close.

Don’t listen to those low reviews, this place is fantastic.

Austin and the gang are awesome. I had 3 keys that I needed to have copies made and this place was the only business that had the right types. They can make duplicates of any key that you have trouble getting one made anywhere else. So don’t give up on your mission! Austin will be able to make your day with a smile.They also sell all of the different kinds of locks and safes as well. 5 Stars *****
