We had a fantastic experience with Economy when changing the locks for our new home. We were able to get a service scheduled quickly, the price was affordable, and I’d definitely use them again. We had 13 locks changed! I feel great knowing that my new home has fresh locks now. 10/10 experience

The technician said they would take about 15 minutes to reach me. It was some 2 hours later when I was contacted and was told the technician’s vehicle “broke down”. In the meantime
while I was waiting I called the technician twice but no one answered. Unprofessional

Joshua and Edgar are absolute rock stars. Not only did Edgar get my key FOB, and physical key, in a timely manner he showed up earlier than anticipated. When I realized there was an issue that turned out to be my mistake, Edgar came back out the next day and helped me get my car started and figure out what was going on. I highly recommend !!!!
