Amazing work! Showed up exactly on time not a minute later! Was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and rehung my door for me so that it was properly installed. His service charge was $100 less than the first place I called! The nicest guy! I am recommending him to everyone on the mountain!

We called because we locked ourselves out of our cabin. The lady on the line said they would be here in 30-45 min. 2 hours later still no show, called a dozen times, left 5 messages with no response. I would give a zero stat if possible. We are locked out could have used multiple other locksmiths, but after waiting all this time now they are closed. Worst kind of customer service there is especially being We cannot get in our house. A simple text or call you could not make it Burkitts would have been the moral/ethical thing to do. The fact that you dont care We ate locked out is really careless.
