An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

I purchased a used vehicle and it came with only one smart key, so I wanted a spare. I found a matching smart key on ebay and hired Patrick to program it to my vehicle, and also cut the backup key should the smart key ever fail or run out of battery power. His positive reviews on Google prompted me to contact him, and boy am I glad I did. I found him to be an honest and hardworking professional and true to his craft. He not only did exactly what he told me he would do over the phone, but he did it at a fraction of the cost of the auto dealership. I lost my house key after 9pm and needed help urgently. These guys work 24 hours, and when I called, they picked up the phone right away. After I explained my situation, they arrived within 10 minutes.

Called about getting a key done for my car. Conversation was good, and was told he was going to check with one of his guys to see if he was in my area as they “were mobile only right now.” Said he’d call back in about 5mins. 30mins later I hadn’t gotten a call, so I call back. As soon as I identified myself, I was hung up on. I tried calling again immediately after and there was no response. Unfortunately couldn’t get a name, but it sounded like an older individual.
