Absolutely horrible. Call these guys to rekey a lock to the existing keys on the house. Technician showed up attempted to make a repair didn’t understand the tools or the materials and left me with this. The technician did offer me a replacement lock that does not match the house and was not very good quality of which he had multiple Keys which doesn’t make sense to me. Do not recommend this company at all

These self service key copy kiosks are convenient. The quality of the key and copy has been good for me in the handful of times I have tried it at various locations. I’m rating 4 out of 5 (instead of 5) only because the price seems to have gone up. It was $12 for me for just 1 standard key copy.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would. Amazing service! The locksmith Alex came out the same day, was super friendly, and had great prices. He fixed my key in under 20 minutes and was extremely dependable and professional. The whole process was quick and stress-free. I’m so happy with the service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith!
