These guys did a great job! I couldn’t find a locksmith close to me that would show up when the said they would. So they made almost a 4 hour roundtrip to help me out. I had a A++ positive experience at all stages of this project which was a rekeying of our locks after moving to a new home. From Amber in the front office going the extra mile to get info to and from my home warranty company to Freddy the locksmith who did an excellent job, it was a great experience overall. Freddy rekeyed all the locks so they open with a single key and adjusted the doors and locks to work perfectly. He also gave me a bunch of tips and information about my brand of locks and doors for future use. Awesome guys! Thank you!

09/19/2025 – I called for a lock smith and when I spoke with someone, I specifically asked if they had experience with picking Thule Cargo boxes. I was advised yes and someone would get back to me in 2 minutes.
The person arrived, and tried to open the lock. It took several attempts and a multitude of tools. The lock was opened. I purchased a new Thule Lock (since I lost the keys) with comes with a change key. I went today to try to use the change key and realized it would not fit in the lock. After examining the lock, it appears that when the person attempted to pick it, he jammed the key hole closure inside the key hole, breaking it. I know for certain that this was not broken before because I was able to insert a key, the last time I used it and the cargo box has been sitting in my garage since.
Guy will not accept responsibility. It is obvious after examining the locking mechanism, that it was destroyed while attempting to open it. Now I am left to pay someone else to drill it out and hopefully not damage the cargo carrier, or purchase a new one. Had I thought a ‘professional’ locksmith was going to break it prior to telling me there is no other choice, I would have saved the money to put toward a new box.
Now my Almost $1K Thule is ruined because I now cannot insert the Thule change key, to remove and replace the locking mechanism.

Giving a 1 star because at least the guy was nice when he was here. I just wish I would have been advised in advance the lock would be destroyed or that he did not have experience with unlocking Thule cargo carriers.

THESE NEED TO STOP BEING FALSELY ADVERTISED AS A SERVICE!!! It’s a KIOSK not a SERVICE! This kiosk COULD NOT make a car key for my car and I wasted my time driving to it to find out it’s basically a generic housekey kiosk. So sick of these things being represented online as full locksmith/key services only to drive to it and realize google doesn’t care to label the difference.

The screen is broken and the machine broke my key when I tried to retrieve it because there was no way to cancel my order besides breaking my key in half to attempt to get it out.

This is a great service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to wait for 30 minutes to have someone make one key. Process is simple payment is simple and every key that I had made worked perfectly. I will always use this service from now on. Also the price is better than going to a locksmith.
