I want to highly recommend Pop-A-Lock for their immediate and timely response to me being locked out of my car. The technician who arrived was Sam, he was very friendly and professional. He just had a demeanor that made me feel at ease and not alone. I had opened my trunk to put away my work bag, then decided to take my sweater/jacket off and put my purse in the trunk to remove my sweater, at which I closed the trunk and my purse and keys were left locked inside. I felt like such an idiot. Anyways, he was able to quickly unlock my car which was awesome, but my purse and keys were still in the trunk/hatch in my MINI Copper. Even though my door was open, my lock system was disabled and would not open or release my hatch door. Sam could have left me there to figure out how to get in my trunk, but he was so kind to stay with me and helped me get to my keys and on my way. He was not leaving until I had my keys in my hot little hands. We ended up having to pry up the trunk deck lid so I could reach through and release the backseat and get to my keys. Yay, I was finally on my way home and I was super thankful to Sam for being there for me in my time of need.

Made an appointment to have electronic lock installed and re-keyed. Communication with Carol was excellent. She did a great job dealing with my fussy door and everything turned out awesome. Can’t recommend enough and very reasonable price

I only ordered one key for my 1983 Mercedes 300D Turbo because I didn’t trust as in the past I’ve gotten key cut at other key vendors and always had issues of the key not cut properly.
It’s difficult to cut Mercedes key without having issues and destroying my ignition tumbler.
This key worked perfectly.
Just can believe how perfect this key worked without any issues.
In the past only the Mercedes Dealer was the only way to correctly get the key right.
I Regret not ordered a second in my order as I was being too careful in not trusting.

Don’t ever use these people. Called them on a Thursday to rekey my Lock. They fix one lock and promise to come back and fix the other the next day. Here we are four days later they have not come back still asking for another day. Took my money did not return the full amount for the second lock. Quoted me one price when I asked for a refund did not refund me The portion for the second lock we agreed to. Also had lunch in front of my building and threw the trash all over the ground when he finished, for me to clean up. Don’t waste your time they’re crooks. I was supposed to be refunded $125. He only refunded me $100 and had me waiting on this holiday Labor Day. I’ve been waiting hours for them to come. I should have been out on the lake with my family and here he is again he’s asking to come tomorrow after he asked day after day time to come another day how unprofessional. I called the business line to make a complaint. They hung up in my face. Don’t waste your time with these people. They are rip off. Don’t trust a technician Leo

They were great!! I called two other places and they wanted $500-700 for my key one being the dealership. One other place besides this one was able to make my Mercedes key and program it but they wanted $550 and me to pay extra for the guy to come out to me. The guy was ready to come out first thing in the morning and I said u know what…let me call ONE more place. And bam! It was right after 8:30am the guy was so honest and just sounded genuine told me it would cost $258!!! AND he would have his guy come out to ME!! It’s a family owned business and you can tell this business is being ran right. Their customer service exceeded everything I expected. Took all of 2 hours! The locksmith had a Utility van with everything to program and make a new key. All included! The key is a BRAND NEW Mercedes key!! It looks better than my old one! I am VERY pleased!! I give this business a great review and I DEFINITELY recommend them!!
